Russel S. Kerr
Russell S. Kerr has been a practicing attorney in Southern California since 1979. He is a managing partner with Kerr & Sheldon, an Orange County firm specializing in civil litigation & international law. Mr. Kerr obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Political Science from Northeastern University in Boston. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Pepperdine University and a Master of Laws degree in International Law from the University of San Diego Law School.
Brian P. Trela
Brian Philip Trela has been practicing consumer-oriented law since 1986 in both trial and appellate practice. His primary emphasis involves representing injured people in cases involving motor vehicle and bicycle accidents, defective products, government and highway liability, worksite accidents, dog bites, and equine accidents. He also represents consumers in disputes with contractors on issues ranging from substandard work and mechanic’s liens.
Jeffrey S. Sheldon
Jeffrey S. Sheldon has been a practicing attorney in Southern California since 1989. He is a partner in the law firm of Kerr & Sheldon, an Orange County civil litigation firm. Mr. Sheldon practices solely in the field of Plaintiffs Personal Injury. Mr. Sheldon obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree in California Western School of Law, San Diego. He has worked full time with Kerr & Sheldon since 1994.
Geoff B. Rill
Geoff B. Rill is a trial lawyer at Kerr & Sheldon. His practice focuses on representing individuals who have been seriously injured in auto, motorcycle and pedestrian accidents as well as injuries caused by defective products, transit accidents, animal attacks, dangerous conditions of public property and wrongful death. Mr. Rill has been a personal injury attorney since 2010 and has extensive jury trial experience. Mr. Rill is admitted to practice in all California state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts.
